Excellent short story book that filled in the background enough in regards to the story leading up to the Battle. I found it interesting in regards to the Battle and what time it took place and the over confidence and unprepared Mexican Army. And their is enough details to refer back to in the future when wanting to remember or talk about more.

The Legacy of Texas is my go to place for my Texas History books. The book I purchased was a good treatise covering the events leading up to the Battle and the Battle itself.
